Ordering your yearbook
How do I confirm if I've already purchased my Cornellian copy?
Check your email for a confirmation from either Lauren Studios, or The Cornellian (Shopify). Use your confirmation code in any emails sent directly to our team so we may easily locate your order.
Can I get a refund?
Our refund policy prohibits refunds past 3 weeks of purchase. If there is a specific reason or issue, please contact us directly with your confirmation code prepared.
What are the differences between each tier?
Our Golden Grad package includes a complementary tote by the Ivy Archive, with additional golden accessories. Our Embossed will have your name inscribed on the cover, and the Standard Edition is our most basic book with no personalization.
Why am I only able to purchase Standard for on campus pickup?
We have sent our shipping list to our production facility, and no other books can be bulk shipped. We will offer individual shipping services at the end of the semester for those that were not able to pick up their copy during distribution.
Picking up your yearbook
Where and when can I pickup on campus?
Distribution will be organized from eHub in Collegetown. Exact dates and times TBD.
What should I bring to pick my copy up?
Come prepared with your confirmation code and student ID to make the process as fast as possible!
Can I pickup my Embossed copy in person?
No, Embossed personalized books will be shipped to the address provided upon checkout. Please refer to your confirmation email to ensure that we have the correct address on file.
I cannot find my confirmation code... what next?
Search for both Lauren Studios and The Cornellian in your inbox. If the order is not under your email, contact cornellian@studentagencies.com to find your code using the purchaser's last name and/or credit card.
